Education
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Experience
  • 6 months office experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
Administers questionnaires to program participants.Communicates concerns and updates to project manager on a weekly basis.Contacts participants by phone to schedule appointments, and collect data.Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.Follows study guidelines as outlined in the manual of operations.Performs other duties as assigned.Prepares educational packets for program participants.Records data on data forms.Reviews and collects data from identified participant charts and enters data into Excel spreadsheet.Tracks data forms to ensure that all forms are completed in a timely manner.
