responsibilities:
Configuration and programming of facility management system PLCs and HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Accountability for schedule and technical quality of engineering and programming tasks.
Providing on-site assistance during startup and coordinating work activities with other staff members and discipline lead.
Working on projects involving state-of-the-art semiconductor, industrial, and commercial facilities.
Contributing to designs for electrical circuits and panels utilizing CAD applications.
Developing options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation. Skills:
Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems.
Knowledge in various aspects of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical power, and building automation system design.
Experience with pressure, temperature, flow, and level installation, calibration, and maintenance.
Familiarity with common analytical instruments including pH, Conductivity.
Understanding of analog, digital, and relay field wiring and troubleshooting.
Experience with industrial networks and SQL server.
Proficiency in Autocad.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel. Education and Experience:
Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation.
Minimum 5 years of Industrial System Integration Experience.
