The Facilities Technician performs preventative and routine maintenance on facility, manufacturing, and packaging equipment. They will diagnose and fix issues with HVAC electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. This position centers on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and repair, with an emphasis on proactive maintenance and continuous improvement to ensure peak efficiency and quality standards.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE-1 -3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, equipment, facilities, or building maintenance-Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations & processes-Proficient in troubleshooting & repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems-Experience supporting facility operations by maintaining water systems (boilers, chillers), fire systems, and pumps
