Reputable manufacturing company is looking for a full-time 2nd Shift- Quality Technician here in Germantown, WI (53022). This role will be contract-to-hire and is looking to interview/start immediately


Pay: $18-23/hr

Address: Germantown, WI (53022)

Schedule: 2nd Shift, M-F, 3pm – 1am

Hybrid: No, 100% onsite


Principal Duties:

  • Responsible for the direct examination of products to insure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with customer specifications
  • Requires a high level of attention to details
  • Responsible for strictly adhering to the organization’s quality assurance policies and identify defects and production errors
  • Inspection of production material as assigned for defects as trained
  • Remove defective items from production
  • Assist with the maintenance of QA monitoring programs, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers
  • Perform internal QA audits with ISO 9001 requirement
  • Calibration and management of gages
  • Support new product development and continuous improvement by integrating quality tools into processes


Must Have:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings
  • Working with ISO 9001 procedures and processes
  • 2+ years of working within the metal or plastics industries
