Associate Attorney

Our client, a top, nationally renowned, plaintiff's mass tort, class action and asbestos litigation law firm seeks an associate attorney to join the firm's post-settlement and post-verdict asbestos and mass tort bankruptcy department.

Candidates should have strong database, including Excel, skills; be able to travel now and again to firm's other offices and work closely with the partner heading up the unit. Candidates with plaintiff's mass tort and/or asbestos litigation experience preferred.

This is NOT a litigation attorney role. Need strong communication skills, research and follow-up and investigative skills as well. Will attend committee meetings, learn how to use in house systems and processes to track funds, summarize EBTs and provide immediate and needed support.
