The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that has several years of being a scribe for a physician in inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting

 

Responsibilities

  • Accompany physician to patient's room and document physician orders in EMR (Wellsky)
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  • Continue with documentation to ensure all orders have been captured correctly in the EMR (Wellsky)
  • Prepare weekly billing documentation

Qualifications

  • Good Communication skills
  • Medical terminology a must
  • At least 2 years of medical scribe experience
