Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hands-on Manager to effectively manage our establishment. The ideal candidate must have 5 or more years of experience managing a delicatessen and have a strong background in exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage staff, maintain inventory control, and ensure smooth daily operations. Our new team leader will strive for excellence and bring positive energy, commitment, and a “can-do” attitude to work every day. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.


  • Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Experience in staff training and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $25.00 per hour


Expected hours: 42 per week
