As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in Portland, Oregon.


Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity within a technologically sophisticated environment will provide the right candidate with a pathway toward long-term career advancement and growth. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing our client database within Salesforce and interacting with our engineering team while becoming knowledgeable about our engineering services. This knowledge will then be leveraged to create impactful marketing materials and conduct outreach to both existing and potential clients. You will represent our company to clients who are often in leadership positions within their organizations and expect to interact with someone who is prepared, well-spoken, and quick to provide accurate answers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and CRM Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients and maintain a robust client database using Salesforce.
  • Marketing and Content Creation: Develop and distribute marketing materials via platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube to enhance company visibility and product/service understanding.
  • Communication: Articulate, well-organized, and able to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Inside Sales and Client Outreach: Engage with the current client base to explore new opportunities and gather feedback on previous engagements.


Desired Attributes:

We are looking for someone with a blend of sales and marketing experience, ideally in a technical field.  The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in Salesforce, and comfortable working with MS Office, particularly Excel. A BS or BA degree is preferable; however, equivalent professional experience will also be considered. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and a US person due to the sensitivity of client information. 


Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive starting salary with annual reviews. Benefits include 20 days of combined vacation-sick time, 9 additional paid holidays, a comprehensive health plan, a 401k pension plan, and company support for continuing education through classes and conferences. We also offer up to $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities like gym memberships, fitness classes, massages, yoga, and health coaching.
