Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer at FIBA Technologies, Inc. As the CFO of FIBA Technologies, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. In addition to traditional CFO responsibilities, you will oversee and collaborate closely with the Controller, bolstering our financial operations and reporting capabilities. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you will drive financial strategy, optimize operational efficiencies, and propel our company toward sustained growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in manufacturing enterprise resource systems and experience with system implementation.
  • Excellent understanding of job costing methodologies, budgeting, and business forecasting techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change, foster innovation, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with a track record of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
