Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, and drive efficiency within our firm. This key leadership role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for balancing operational excellence with client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Operations Management:

  • Oversee and optimize office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Streamline internal workflows, document management, and scheduling processes.
  • Collaborate with the CPA team to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee firm resources, including technology, supplies, and facilities.

 

Client Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, file maintenance, and communication between clients and the CPA team.
  • Manage client engagement letters, billing, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

Administrative Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc tasks, reporting, and strategic planning.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, administrative leadership, or client-facing roles, preferably within a CPA firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and accounting tools
