Medical Receptionist

Our client is a leading medical company specializing in weight loss management is expanding due to rapid growth. They are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their high-performance team. This role is pivotal in providing first-rate administrative support and enhancing patient interactions.

The position initially offers part-time hours, 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time.

Focus:

• Welcome patients warmly and manage reception area activities.
• Conduct patient scheduling, ensure timely check-ins, and facilitate monthly progress calls to discuss treatment plans, medication refills, and provide coaching.
• Participate in marketing activities, such as creating blog content, managing email communications, and engaging with social media platforms.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following established standards and legal regulations.
• Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and verify receipts.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist and engage with patients.
• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask efficiently.
• Must be comfortable working independently in an office setting.
