What you will do:

  • Develop & assess a world-class CI Roadmap
  • Serve as both a strategic & tactical resource, identifying CI activities across the business through innovative problem-solving
  • Work with operations, engineering, and program management to capture opportunities, starting with Charlotte Metro sites & future expansion to all of North America
  • Mentor existing Lean talent to advance maturity across the enterprise


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5yrs in CI leadership
  • Experienced in high-mix, low-volume machining/metal fab environments
  • Multi-site experience in either operations or CI
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
  • Experience with both TPS style lean and Six Sigma
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • US Citizen or green card holder
