Our client is a leading professional services firm that provides tax advisory and consulting services to a wide range of clients across industries. Their clients range from privately held businesses to large multinational corporations, and they pride themselves on providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
As a member of our client's team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries as the ability to choose who those clients are, providing you with exposure to a broad range of tax issues and challenges. Core Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, advisory, and consulting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored tax solutions
- Research and analyze complex tax issues and legislation, communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
- Collaborate with other tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA preferred or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services, with a focus on corporate or partnership tax
- Strong technical knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
