  • Voice of the Customer: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Work closely with regional sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams across North America and globally, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential for building strong relationships and ensuring successful product launches.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to assess product performance, identify market trends, and make informed decisions about product development and portfolio management.
  • Competitor and Market Analysis: Collate competitor information and contribute to market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer Engagement: Accompany teams to customer meetings and support them at events such as trade shows and seminars.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing and sourcing processes around the portfolio to ensure product quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training to regional teams and customers, and provide support with data, materials, and information as needed.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Identify rationalization opportunities and ensure an optimized exit from the portfolio, aligning with operational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Product Manager within the pest control industry (or a related B2B industry) with a focus on physical products.
  • Good commercial experience, with an entrepreneurial approach and an innovative mindset.
  • Strong understanding of application equipment and its use in professional industries like pest control, sanitation, agriculture, and food safety.
