Client Success Manager

Client Success Managers (CSMs) are an integral part of the Practifi team by serving as trusted advisors to our clients, leading to long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
In this role, you will use your knowledge of Practifi to guide clients through their lifecycle, acting as the primary contact and subject matter expert. Responsible for meeting the client's objectives and positioning the client for further adoption and growth, Client Success Managers play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
The Client Success team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction, growth, and continued partnership of Practifi clients. This team is dedicated to guiding clients, including ongoing support, strategic consultation, and contract renewal. The primary objective is to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and secure recurring revenue.
Practifi is the performance optimization platform that transforms data into insights, action and excellence at scale. We help wealth management firms go beyond traditional CRMs and redefine what’s possible.
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey with Practifi
- Lead and schedule proactive semi-annual business reviews for eligible strategic clients
- Manage renewal process with clients, looping in Lead or Senior CSM as needed
- Where appropriate, escalate client matters to a Lead or Senior CSM for guidance
Revenue Growth
- Own the continued growth of your client base by identifying opportunities for growing recurring revenue and expanding product usage within existing client accounts
- Monitor renewals and work to ensure high client retention rates
Client Advisory
- Act as a key trusted advisor for clients, advising on the best practices within Practifi
- Proactively inform clients of upcoming product releases and assist with questions pre- and post-release
Expertise
- Utilize experience within the Financial Services industry, and knowledge of the client's business needs, to advise on product usage within Practifi
- 3+ years of Client Success experience in the Financial Services or Wealth Management industry
- Experience with Salesforce platform and ecosystem, preferred
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities
- Experience with client retention and revenue growth initiatives
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Base Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 annually
