US Influencers Manager

Overview:

Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is seeking a passionate and dedicated Influencer Marketing Manager to support the Head of Communications for the Americas Region. The successful candidate will own our influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards, strategies, and global guidelines while driving our efforts in the LATAM market and beyond.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for mega, macro, and mid-tier influencers that align with the market and brand needs.
  • Partner with the correct influencers to reach campaign objectives and support the growth of the business across the region.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities, up and coming and trending infleucners within the influencer marketing space to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective campaigns.


Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of US influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure end-to-end management of paid influencer campaigns and viral activations.
  • Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.
  • Manage budgets to achieve monthly KPIs and targets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Utilize data and analytics to identify and source top global influencer partnerships.
  • Track and report on all campaigns to ensure clear ROI and strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and partnerships.


Briefing and Coordination:

  • Brief influencers, partner agencies, and distributor markets on campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Support and coordinate influencer activities related to retailer promotions and events.


Event Support and Logistics:

  • Collaborate with the events team on influencer logistics, including negotiating rates, booking travel, and organizing fashion pulls for events.
  • Travel as needed to support influencer events and efforts in local markets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational with a keen eye for detail.
  • Resourceful and proactive.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency in using Tracker platform a plus.
  • Familiarity with the LATAM market and retailer-led campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the luxury and or beauty sector.


Language Skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
