Our client with operations in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a contract to hire HR Generalist to join their growing team. This is a rapidly growing firm, and the perfect time to get on board and be a part of, and contribute to their continued growth.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
The HR Generalist will be well-compensated:
- Hourly rate of up to $21/HR (Depends on experience)
- Great work life balance with no overtime expected
- Very nice office with plenty of parking and on-site perks
The HR Generalist will be responsible for:
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
The ideal HR Generalist Candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
