Responsibilities:
* Design and implement sophisticated automation controls for HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to advanced operational standards in diverse building types.
* Lead comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting processes to quickly identify and solve complex automation issues, maintaining peak system efficiency.
* Develop and oversee strategies with facility management teams to optimize system performance, focusing on long-term sustainability and operational cost reductions.
* Produce and maintain meticulous documentation of all system enhancements, issues, and resolutions to meet rigorous industry compliance standards.
* Champion the adoption of new technologies and manage system upgrades, ensuring integration is smooth and minimally disruptive.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in building automation systems, particularly within critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities.
* Expert knowledge of industry-leading control systems.
* Advanced proficiency in overseeing complex HVAC systems, with a particular focus on automation and control mechanics.
* Demonstrable track record of stability and progression in technical roles.
* Technical certification in HVAC systems, building automation, or a related field strongly preferred.
