Overview:

Join our team as a Device Integration Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of integrating, testing, and optimizing devices within a broader system ecosystem. Your work will ensure seamless interaction between hardware, software, and connected systems, contributing to a fully functional and interoperable environment.


Core Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of expertise in device integration, hardware-software interfacing, or systems engineering.
  • Specialized Background: Familiarity with device integration and foundational knowledge in Biomedical Engineering is advantageous.
  • System Administration: Hands-on experience with application ownership and middleware technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid experience working with embedded systems, IoT devices, and related hardware.
  • Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with protocols like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, UART, SPI, or similar communication technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Integration: Seamlessly integrate hardware components into existing systems, including IoT devices, sensors, medical equipment, and consumer electronics.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct in-depth testing to identify and address issues with connectivity, performance, and interoperability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
  • Firmware and Software Collaboration: Partner with firmware and software teams to ensure compatibility between device drivers, firmware, and platform integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, software engineering, and quality assurance teams to meet functional, performance, and safety requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold industry standards and compliance regulations by ensuring devices and systems meet quality benchmarks.
  • Process Optimization: Propose and implement strategies for streamlining integration workflows, enhancing automation, and scaling systems for future needs.


Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
