We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Our office concentrates on commercial litigation matters.


The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for:

  • Managing full case load from inception to post-trial
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediation, and trials
  • Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motion, and other litigation documents
  • Conducting legal research
  • Assisting in the review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicating with senior associates to ensure cases are handled efficiently
  • Ensuring confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on deadlines
  • Ability to meet billing requirements


Associate Attorney Requirements and Qualification:

  • Accredited Law degree
  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing
  • 0-3 year experience
  • Strong legal knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
