Role Description


This is a full-time, remote position as a Regional Sales Representative for Smart Lock and Decorative Hardware Solutions. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with both existing and new channel partners and end-users, including developers, architects, and designers. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling INOX® smart locks and decorative hardware solutions, providing training and support to customers, and implementing sales strategies to meet growth targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipeline, convert leads, and exceed sales targets.
  • Present smart lock & decorative hardware solutions effectively.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with channel partners as well as influencers.
  • Prospect new clients and identify sales opportunities in the designated region.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
  • Collaborate with internal product & marketing teams to provide tailored/bespoke solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal estimating and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of project enquiries and orders.
  • Close deals by effectively addressing client needs and objections, and negotiating terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven B2B sales management track record.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.

·       Extensive travel (estimated 60-70% of the time) within the region

  • Tech-savvy, ability to provide product training and support to customers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
