Our client, a midsize Personal Injury/Litigaiton Law Firm is actively looking for a remote Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience


Responsibilities:

  • Handling personal injury and Litigation from intake through disbursement.
  • Effectively conducting investigation and discovery that is aimed at increasing case value and accelerating case resolution.
  • Taking depositions with purpose and tenacity.
  • Drafting and arguing motions at a high level.
  • Researching law, experts, and other issues, and preparing detailed memoranda and legal briefs.
  • Treating clients like family.
  • Being a leader and a good teammate.


Qualifications:

  • This position is best suited for someone with strong civil litigation experience handling personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs in South Carolina. Trial experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence and related case law.
  • Must have extensive experience taking depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, drafting/arguing motions, and handling day-to-day case development and management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with direction from managing partner.
  • An individual who is highly ethical, motivated, and will go the extra mile for clients.
