Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Lion HVAC in New York, NY. The role entails providing technical support, troubleshooting HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing and resolving customer issues on a daily basis. As well as providing training to internal teams and customers as needed.
