Role Description

This is a volunteer Information Security Engineer role at Hexis International. As an Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our systems and networks from cyber threats. You will conduct regular security assessments, monitor and analyze security logs, perform vulnerability testing, and develop incident response plans. This is a hybrid role, with the role based in Beverly Hills, CA, but offering flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Application Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security skills
  • Experience in Information Security and Information Security Management
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
