We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at a reputable used car dealership. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a professional attitude to support both administrative functions and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team member, and provide friendly, informative customer service.
  • Filing and Record Management: Maintain organized files for customer records, vehicle sales, and inventory documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy access when needed.
  • Advertising Support: Assist the owner with advertising tasks, including posting ads online, updating social media platforms, and assisting with the creation of promotional materials.
  • Paperwork Processing: Handle documentation related to vehicle sales, including title transfers, sales contracts, and any compliance-related paperwork. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
  • Customer Support: Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, providing general information and directing them to sales or service staff as necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and helping coordinate dealership events.

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience (automotive industry experience preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
