Legal Administrative Assistant

Gina Rosato Law Firm is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented administrative professional to join our growing team. We are a high-quality, customer-focused, team-oriented law firm. Applicant should be looking for a positive, stable, long-term employment relationship. This position can be part-time or full-time but full-time is preferred. Hybrid remote is also an option.
Mandatory Qualifications: Detail-oriented; Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; People oriented/customer focused; Friendly demeanor; Must live in the Tampa area to be considered.
Job Duties: The position will include receptionist duties such as being the first point of contact for potential clients, compiling information for the attorney, opening and closing out files, preparing intake packets, responding to client and trustee requests, archiving e-mails, scanning and sending mail to clients, preparing notices, reaffirmation agreements, and assisting with client appointments.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. After training and incrementally throughout the first year we give several raises based on performance goals. Initial compensation will depend on experience. We offer a flexible work schedule, potential hybrid remote, paid holidays and time off and an employer sponsored SEP IRA.
