  • Prepare, draft, and electronically file probate pleadings and accounting documents.
  • Assist with the collection and distribution of estate assets.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and track deadlines.
  • Accurately input, review, and update time charges in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
  • Paralegal degree/certificate or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage workplace stress and handle competing priorities.
