Our client is expanding and taking on some exciting and new projects The development manager is adding a member to the Agile team to work on various web, mobile, and cloud projects around the enterprise. We have an immediate need for a Full Stack .NET Developer on a collaborative team of 6. The role will involve working with full stack web and mobile applications and developing microservices to support them. As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in building performant, scalable, and reusable components using React and .NET Core/C#. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate designs into clean, functional code. Curiosity and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged, as many features will be piloted in real-world use cases. Your goal will be continuous optimization of usability, security, and performance. Responsibilities:

• Develop and refactor code on the backend using .NET 6.0/.NET Core
• Develop and modernize code on the frontend using JavaScript and React
• Write performant, maintainable, and testable code with test automation
• Practice Agile development methodologies
• Collaborate with the development team in Agile standups
• Build out APIs using REST
• Maintain the existing code base using .NET
• Create basic queries and procedures using a SQL database
• Consult with product teams and end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions
• Technical Environment: .NET Core, React, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, CICD, Microservices, and more

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in an Engineering or Science field, or related work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively to multiple teams
• Experience with .NET Core development
• Experience with React using JavaScript
• Experience with APIs (REST)
• Experience with SQL (SQL Server and Entity Framework)
• Software Engineering knowledge and understanding of common terminology
• Must be able to work on a W-2 without sponsorship
