Looking for Welders that either have at least 5+ years of welding experience and ideally have taught before, but if not, you have been in a position where you were teaching other welders on the job, or in a leadership position. Great position for someone who wants to get out of the field, make a great salary and has a passion for the trade and teaching others. Excellent Compensation and Benefits You need to take a welding test as well that involves Pipe 6G Stick and Tig.
