Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our civil construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale civil projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities.
- Develop project schedules and manage timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on civil construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE are a plus.
