Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities.
  • Develop project schedules and manage timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE are a plus.
