Requirements: 


Key Areas of Responsibilities 


  1. Grow sales within existing territories of specialty agriculture and horticulture accounts.   
  2. Develops and executes strategic sales plans to grow market share within the assigned territories.   
  3. Conduct regular visits and maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.  
  4. Provide feedback to management and procurement teams regarding customer needs, and market trends.   
  5. Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments  
  6. Utilize collaborative, and educational sales approaches to offer creative and informed solutions to our clients.  
  7. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.  
  8. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients, offering insights and recommendations on hydroponic best practices and industry trends.  
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies to meet customer requirements. 

 

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 


  • Cannabis industry knowledge is essential, including regulations, market trends, and key players  
  • A strong customer service mentality is essential. Ability to learn and apply diverse customer, vendor, or third-party requirements.  
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of products and make recommendations.  
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with customers.  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring smooth order processing and superior customer service.  
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in sales practices and representing the company professionally.  
  • Ability to use a POS and CRM system efficiently.  
  • Excellent general computer skills. (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, etc.) 
  • Multi-language speaker is a PLUS
