Day-to-Day:
This customer service specialist will be out in the field for 70% of the role, 30% in the office. They will be calling and sending letters to the owners of the homes to explain the Storm Secure Underground Program (SSUP) and the benefits of moving the power lines underground. They are building relationships with customers and educating them on projects occurring in their area.
