Job Description :

Title: Data Platform Administrator

Data Platform Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of IT platform applications and tools for users. They will also be responsible for standardization, maintenance, configuration, and support documentation. They will partner with team members to receive and provide cross-training for shared applications and services. They will be responsible for maintaining consistent service with little or no application downtime. The ideal candidate must demonstrate confidence, creativity, and keen problem-solving abilities.


DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer, configure & support Database Platforms Snowflake and Oracle.

• Administer, configure & support Data Platform applications Informatica Cloud (IICS), Tableau, Cognos, SAS, GitHub and MOVEit MFT.

• Design, implement & support cloud applications and AWS services.

• Install and configure software on AWS cloud and Linux platforms.



QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years’ Experience, Certificates):

• BS in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in Cloud Data Warehouse applications Snowflake, IICS, AWS and GitHub.

• 5+ years of experience in Database administration and Data Warehouse applications on AWS.

• Minimum two years of experience with installing and configuring applications using Cloud Technologies (AWS, MS Azure etc.)

• Experienced in Oracle SQL skills and PL/SQL skills

• Experience in Linux shell scripting, user security and server administration.

• Experience in data security protocol using encryption and decryption methodologies.

• Medicaid or other healthcare or claims processing experience
