Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this remote role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications, mentor a team of developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of React Native mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of React Native developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into development practices.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years using React Native.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile app lifecycle.
  • Proven experience leading development teams or projects.
  • Proficiency in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and frameworks.
  • Experience with mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services is a plus.
