Description:

Overview:

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for the business financial reporting and analysis. This includes sales reporting and documentation for internal/external revenues from each business unit, the reconciliation of all processed payments, and reporting of deferred revenues. The role will work closely with the Senior Manager to set annual budgets and track the P&L daily, weekly, and monthly. Also, the Financial Coordinator will ensure that all targets are met, and operating criteria are adhered to. Responsibilities include analyzing operational business plans and activity to evaluate the impact, forecast results and seek to maximize and improve the overall business results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, analyze, and report on budgets of all active client projects.
  • Forecast cash flow and margin development on all PCFR projects.
  • Lead all PCFR customer billing and payment activities.
  • Support all customer estimate activities.
  • Reconcile all cost and expense reporting, including within Factory Restoration repair orders.
  • Support budget analyses and management requests for client business unit.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all accounting and controlling deliverables for client headquarter departments.
  • Act as an interface between client and different organizations within headquarters including finance, accounting, and controlling.
  • Consolidation and allocation of budgets to be reviewed with client controlling department.
  • Design and implement cost control procedures and prepare financial forecasts incl. relevant reports.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.
  • Propose changes to ensure organization achieves financial targets.
  • Work with the client to maximize overall P/L results.
  • Assisting the management team with status reports, KPI’s and business reporting
  • Responsible for tracking of all contracts and internal documents such as asset and special budget approvals
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports of the overall business to include sales data, operating results, finance data and marketing campaign results.
  • Process and track all invoices and payments for client while following guidelines and directives.
  • Work in concert with client’s team to ensure alignment among operating vendors
  • Contribute to the integrity of operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Management of client suppliers and agencies to ensure the client operating and procurement guidelines are followed on site.
  • Coordinating with finance on payment and invoicing, and revenue
  • Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance of policies within client.
  • Seek to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrate an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats


Required qualifications include:

  • BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year accounting experience with this company Global dealer management system
  • High Proficiency with standard accounting processes and terminology
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude.
  • High degree of self-motivation and positive problem-solving capabilities
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task with proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.


Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in manufacturing margin analysis.
  • 2-years financial budget management experience.
  • Vehicle parts knowledge.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Executive level financial reporting
