Job Title: GenAI Business Analyst


Work Location:

Irving, TX


Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities Analyze business processes and data sets to identify opportunities for leveraging Generative AI to optimize efficiency enhance customer experience and create new business value.
  • Develop Solutions Design and develop innovative solutions using Generative AI techniques including but not limited to Natural Language Processing NLP computer vision and deep learning models.
  • Data Analysis Modelling Collect clean and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate the performance of Generative AI models.
  • Solution Implementation Collaborate with cross functional teams including data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to implement and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing workflows.
  • Performance Monitoring Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Research Development Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in Generative AI and explore their potential applications within the financial industry.
  • Communication Collaboration Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels.


Nice to Have:

  • Issue Management Leverage Generative AI to streamline and optimize issue management processes including identification tracking resolution and reporting.
  • Risk Mitigation Apply Generative AI to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within existing processes and propose proactive mitigation strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related field.
  • Experience 2 years working with Generative AI technologies NLP computer vision deep learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus
  • Experience with issue management processes within a financial institution is a plus.
