Position: Onsite Manager

Location: Durham, NC

Experience: 3+ years of Account Management and HR experience.


Greene Resources is seeking an Onsite Manager to join a growing and dynamic team


Job Description:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with managers to ensure recruitment needs are met.
  • Address and resolve client concerns by offering practical solutions.
  • Meet with clients to discuss upcoming recruitment needs and workforce forecasting.
  • Oversee open work orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Ensure all submissions meet requisition deadlines.
  • Present quarterly trends in recruitment and retention for client projects.
  • Support employee orientations by covering general policies, client-specific rules and regulations, job responsibilities, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Engagement team to deliver client feedback and improve performance.
  • Review and update current policies and procedures as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for both Greene Resources and clients.
  • Provide after-hours emergency support for client managers.
  • Contribute to various projects as assigned.


Position Requirements:

  • Proficient in various computer software, with strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Capable of efficiently resolving problems and finding solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business correspondence and email communication.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
