Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data solutions to support our clients' marketing campaigns and revenue goals. You will work closely with various teams to develop ETL pipelines, data warehousing solutions, and automation scripts using Python and SQL. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating data visualizations and reporting tools using Tableau and other custom solutions. You will play a critical role in organizing and analyzing data to create attractive audiences for customers, pushing data into platforms, and making it available in dashboards. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality, actionable insights to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch new data models and ETL pipelines.
- Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions.
- Automate data processes using Python.
- Create and optimize data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
- Combine data from multiple platforms to create comprehensive datasets.
- Work with team members to fine-tune requirements and develop presentation layers.
- Write queries and scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to communicate data insights.
- Build scalable reporting solutions to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Implement data maps and automation scripts for efficient data processing.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data across all systems.
Required Experience/Skills
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data science roles.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with data warehousing and building data pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quantitative thinking.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Databricks and other cloud-based data tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Personal interest in the ad tech industry.
- Experience with R programming and building custom packages.
- Background in marketing campaign data analysis.
- Experience working in complex and dynamic environments.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
