Clutch is looking for a Resource Manager for an agency client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with Verb's values and objectives.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability for specific roles and projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to assess project resource requirements and allocate staff accordingly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Resource Management platform, Mosaic to manage and allocate staff, plan projects, and forecast headcount against project timelines, budgets, and additional needs to ensure projects are adequately resourced.
  • Identify opportunities for talent development and growth within the organization.
  • Coordinate training programs, mentorship initiatives, and other professional development opportunities to support employee growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand talent pipeline.
  • Manage talent and resource allocation across teams.
  • Responsible for attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent, as well as ensuring that our projects are adequately staffed and resourced to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Manage the creative resourcing of the agency’s staffing for events and brand experiences.
  • Oversee the agencies day-to-day staffing plans for the accounts, creative, production & operational teams to insures that the agency maintains an environment where creativity can happen.
  • Requirements:5+ years of experience in experiential, event production, and a passion for project management & human resources
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, event planning, hospitality, communications, or related field
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite, Asana, and Mosaic.
