Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy, overseeing day-to-day activities, and providing expert support to our staff and patients.


Key Responsibilities:

Prescription Processing and Medication Synchronization: Coordinate with patients, providers, and infusion centers to ensure that patients receive their medications on time. Assist in syncing their medication profile to minimize deliveries and confusion, maximizing customer satisfaction.


Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to optimize patient care, providing expert assistance and guidance as needed.


Medication Management: Efficiently source medications, apply manufacturer discount cards to patient copays, and collect remaining copays, ensuring affordability and accessibility for our patients.


Training and Mentoring: Assist in training and mentoring new pharmacy technicians, contributing to the growth and development of the team.


Innovation: Contribute to the development of new pharmacy programs and ideas.


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy operations
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
