Canon is hiring a Sr. Print Operations Manager This is a full-time position offering competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, 401K company match & paid time off

Must have at least 3 years working in print center, reprographics, or print production.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the print production process
  • Oversee team to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
  • Manages productivity reports to ensure optimal performance is met by staff
  • Prioritize and schedules all work including overflow work to backup facility
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout print production process
  • Ensures proper maintenance and usage of all print production equipment
  • Manages staff performance through training, development, and coaching
  • Ensures production targets onsite are met daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Interfaces with the client, operations team, and corporate departments
  • Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and specifications
  • Oversee high volume print production projects with adherence to quality
  • Gathers data on print volume and accuracy to identify process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in print production or reprographics industry
  • Associates Degree preferred or comparable work experience
  • Experience supervising team of at least 3-5 employees
  • Proficient use of digital print applications and print production equipment
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards used in print industry
  • Familiarity with print format, layout, and design.
  • Effectively manage multiple high volume print projects while ensuring quality.
