Overview:

  • Join as part of the global corporate development team looking at a broad range of global investment opportunities across the oil & gas, renewables, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Candidates with experience developing/executing transactions ranging $500m or larger are of interest.
  • There are multiple positions we are looking to fill. Positions range and include Associate up to Director-level in both the Origination/Corporate Development team as well as the global execution team
  • Prior experience in a financial services firm, investment bank, PE fund, or energy corporate development is required
  • Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and execution-focused candidates must come with excellent financial modeling skills


Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience with a strong background in complex M&A transactions
  • Candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for alternate positions within this same corporate development team
  • Experience working within a tier 1 private equity, investment banking, strategy/corporate finance, or similar financial services fields within the energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Ability to relocate for a multi-year expat assignment
