We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team at Ovilla Medical and Wellness. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a medical spa or similar setting, with a strong background in assisting with cosmetic procedures and patient care.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist medical providers in performing cosmetic treatments and procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skincare services.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Escort patients to treatment rooms and provide pre- and post-procedure instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting.
  • Proficiency in cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
