Survey Technician/Senior Survey Technician

Timmons Group is always accepting applications for experienced Survey Technicians & Senior Survey Technicians for future opportunities. The Survey Technician assists in application of principles, methods and techniques of land surveying by performing the duties below.
Essential duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Research of legal records
- Preparation of cadastral, existing conditions and subdivision maps from field and office data using AutoCAD Civil Series software
- Working closely and collaboration with a dynamic team of experienced professionals
- Quality control
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geography, Geospatial Information Sciences or related field or a minimum of three years of progressive survey field experience
- Experience working with GPS and 3D laser scanning a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
