Area Sales Manager

PAGE GSE is the world’s leading supplier of Aircraft Ground Power cables (400Hz,28VDC, 270VDC), PCAir ducting, Accessories (Baggage Chutes, PCAir Hose Reels) and Distributed Power Products (Gate Boxes, Line Drop compensators).
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to manage and grow an assigned sales territory. Individual will be based in a territory with frequent air travel and overnight stays as needed within assigned geography.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitable sales within assigned geography
• Execute company sales strategies supporting company initiatives
• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve company position within marketplace
• Build and maintain customer relationships from the work floor to the c-suite
• Conduct business reviews and meetings with customers
• Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals
REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS
• Aviation or Military operational background
• Previous Customer Service, Technical Sales or direct Operations Leadership in GSE, Industrial or Automotive parts
• Strong relationship building, sales, communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work independently, stay focused, and remain self-motivated
• Computer literacy with fluency in basic Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to travel frequently
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
• College/Trade School preferred
This is an entry level sales role. Base salary plus bonus potential.
