Accurately keys all payroll-related data necessary to process multi client, multi state payroll and ensure completion of schedules timely. ● Provides quality client support to maintain a high rate of client retention. Researches and resolves client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns. ● Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a positive quality service. ● Job contains high volume calls to and from clients. ● ● Understanding of employee related documents and processes. ● Enters all new hires, terminates employees and maintains employees earnings and deductions which includes direct deposit, health insurance, levy, 401 k, child support/garnishments, W-4 form, and workers' compensation. Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 3 years of office experience with a proven facility in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution is required. Payroll experience is MUST. Any prior experience with Kronos is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management. Detail oriented professional and Self motivated. Above average proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail, Chrome/Gmail, SalesForce. General office equipment (fax, copiers, scanners).
