With a focus on innovation, scalability, and delivering value to our clients, we are building a robust consulting function to complement and enhance our business operations.
We are looking for a talented and resourceful Business Operations Manager to partner directly with the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing operations across these key verticals.
Role Overview:
The Business Operations Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO to oversee and enhance operations in staffing, e-commerce, and BPO. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, human resources, consulting, and business process outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with the CEO:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans for scaling the staffing, e-commerce, and BPO verticals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and implementer of cross-functional initiatives.
Recruitment:
- Lead recruitment efforts across all verticals, identifying and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Human Resources Management:
- Build and maintain HR policies and practices that align with company goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all verticals.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO):
- Design and implement operational frameworks for the BPO vertical, focusing on efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Identify and optimize processes for outsourcing opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
Operational Excellence Across Vertical Functions:
- Develop and refine operational processes across staffing, e-commerce, and BPO to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving:
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate business performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Apply creative and out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex challenges and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, recruiting, HR, consulting, or BPO.
- Proven track record of working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in process optimization and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and solve problems uniquely.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and strategies.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Background in consulting or experience building BPO frameworks.
