Program Manager, Healthcare Reimbursement at hMetrix

As a Program Manager focused on Healthcare Reimbursement, you will lead a team of up to ten healthcare analysts, software developers, and data architects, independently guiding and mentoring them. The team will harness cutting-edge technologies to design and implement innovative solutions that cater to the unique needs of providers, payers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare reimbursement domain. You will also spearhead the translation of analytics into actionable and targeted business solutions for our clients. Your success will be measured by the value we bring to our clients and their communities, making your role truly transformative.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Translate and communicate policy and logic for reimbursement programs, managing analysis of over $10 billion in healthcare expenditures.
  2. Lead the design, development, and implementation of analyses, applications, and data processing pipelines for program administration.
  3. Manage operational priorities and deliverables with a cross-functional team within a fast-paced and versatile environment.
  4. Ensure accuracy and relevance of analysis and development deliverables.


Qualifications


  1. Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the healthcare reimbursement, payment, or revenue cycle management domain.
  2. Bachelor’s or higher degree in quantitative fields such as business analytics or computer science.
  3. Experience in managing data and developing analyses in healthcare.
  4. Experience in leading a team.
  5. Knowledge of healthcare policy and value-based reimbursement.
