Position: Data Entry Clerk


Job Type: W2 Contract


Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ


Job Summary:


Epitec is seeking a Data Entry Clerk whose primary responsibility is to manage and validate product return requests, execute return order entry, and communicate effectively with assigned accounts.


The ideal candidate will have previous order entry experience, an ability to maintain timely processes for accounts, an Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), time management, attention to detail, and effective communication with teams and customers.

  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday onsite; Fridays WFH
  • Pay Rate: $19 - 21/hourly with optional benefits plans



Job Responsibilities:


  • Perform manual and MS Excel-upload order entry.
  • Maintain and manage account requests via a shared MS Outlook inbox.
  • Validate sales history and other details within the ERP system.
  • Communicate return authorization (RA) status to customers while addressing inquiries and processing changes.



Required Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; around 4 years of general work experience.
  • SAP Experience is preferred.
  • Experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables), and Outlook (both individual and shared use).



Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Proven ability to accurately enter return orders.
