Position: Outside Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional with a proven record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets? Do you have a passion for premium window and door products and a knack for building high-performance sales teams? If so, we invite you to apply for our Outside Sales Representative position.

In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding sales and increasing market share in your designated region. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals, all striving to achieve and surpass sales targets. Your strategic insight into the market and your ability to identify new business opportunities will be key in positioning our products as the premier choice for customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue and market penetration within your designated region.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Eco Windows' market presence.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to effectively showcase and position our products.
  • Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales success in the windows and doors sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction materials market, especially windows, doors, facades, and storefronts.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated experience in business development, lead generation, and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client and team interactions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and project execution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales and project management software tools.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
